This place suits me perfectly, offering a heated swimming pool, free Wi-Fi, and 24-hour reception. On my first visit, the staff ensured I found my way easily, especially Mr Wael and Tina, who were exceptionally helpful. I’ll be back for Christmas!

The spa was top-notch with the best massage I've ever had. Rooms were spacious and clean, featuring a flat-screen TV and minibar. Food was diverse and delicious across multiple restaurants, and pool areas were just amazing—especially with a water park for kids. The atmosphere felt like a lively village with cafes everywhere.

The hotel featured a fantastic kids' club and an animation team that kept everyone entertained day and night. We enjoyed the lively shows, especially the dance performances and acrobatics. Our room was always clean, and the staff were quite friendly during our stay with our service dog.

My wife says that the pool areas could use more shaded seating.

the pickalbatros is fantastic! the jungle aquapark is huge and perfect for families. we loved the lovely decoration and plenty of activities. special thanks to mr mohammed abdelwahab for his great hospitality. the fitness center is also a great plus for relaxing after a full day.

Had an awesome time enjoying the different restaurants, especially the breakfast that was just fantastic! The outdoor pool was great for relaxing, and the spa offered some nice treatments to unwind. The only little bummer was that not all lounges by the pool had shade, but it didn’t ruin the vibe! 😊

Exceptional service from the staff, particularly from Attia and the pool manager Mahmoud, made our experience memorable. The food was diverse, with highlights like the tasty fried oysters that delighted the palate. the aluminum sun loungers around the pool were uncomfortable, leading to several near accidents. the lack of shaded areas near the pools could be improved for greater comfort.

The superb variety of dining options, particularly the delicious home-grown products, ensured we always found something enjoyable. The animation team's energy kept evenings lively, while the well-maintained pools provided a refreshing retreat. the lack of sufficient shaded areas by the pools and the long walk to the beach detracted from the relaxation experience, and some facilities, like the sun loungers, were not very comfortable.
